What it changed
A parameter the model needed had never been published, so nobody had written it down as a question. An agent found the gap, commissioned the measurement, and the model was corrected — before any manager knew the gap was there.
Measured in a working R&D lab, in a human–agent–agent–human setup. Not a benchmark.
